IT45 tool stack

It runs in the browser you already have, on whichever machine you happen to be sitting at

No extension, no sync account, no company laptop required. Sign in and your data is right where you left them

Multi tenant login and organizational views setup

Control Your Own Bookmarks

Do you work across different browser systems, and do you have different controlled accounts? – Then an online bookmark solution might be your solution

Shifting between different operating systems - Like Ubuntu and Windows in your private space and using both Vivaldi and Chrome as major browsers ... And in your job you have a special Windows account and Edge browser in a strict controlled system environment. Then the sync options build into browsers or OS’s will not help you …
Instead - an online web based bookmark environment could be the right solution for you

Project Management

Run projects online with an intuitive and simple interface for yourself or for a group of people

If you have the need to control smaller projects between team members (or for yourself) this might be the right solution for you. Simple interface, simple management and no complex understanding needed – just start planning. This is not for replacement of complex project management tasks but this will fit most of your needs

Note taking

Simple online note taking application for daily use

Do you need a place to hold your thoughts and ideas and do you need it to be accessible despite where you are. Arguments for this is the same as for the Bookmarks – No OS dependency and no browser or application interlock

Mini CRM

Keep hold of who you deal with, what you sell them, and what is going on with each of them

On one side what you know: the companies, the people at them, and your own products with their prices. On the other what is being done about it – the calls worth remembering, the sales in play with their products on them, the support cases nobody has closed, and how each relationship stands. It opens on what is waiting for you today. Not a sales department's CRM – the place to keep the thread when a spreadsheet stops being enough

Improvements & RIDAC

Write down what ought to be better, and keep hold of everything that has to be followed up

Two lists that work together. An improvement gets a charter of its own: the business case, what is actually wrong, a goal written so it can be measured, what is in and out of scope, the metrics it is judged by – including the ones that must not get worse – the people, a date per tollgate from Define to Control, the benefits, the risks and the sign-off. Each is numbered, and can name the project task doing the work, so the idea and the work are one click apart. RIDAC is the shorter list beside it: a Risk, an Improvement, a Decision, an Action or a Change – who raised it, who carries it, where it has got to, and how it was settled. Enough discipline to keep a small shop honest, without a toolchain to run first

One login, one company, many people

Everything belongs to the company you register, not to the person who typed it in

Register and you have a company of your own: you administer it, and the people you approve work alongside you in the same bookmarks, projects, notes, CRM and registers. Every record carries the company it belongs to, so two companies on the same site never meet – and every page asks that question again on each request rather than trusting the browser. Four roles decide what a member may do: an administrator runs the company and its members, a contributor does the work, a viewer reads it without changing anything, and a customer gets a page of their own and nothing else. Some things stay yours alone: the colours you read in, and how you arrange the floating windows. A sign-in lapses after an hour of nothing, and five wrong passwords lock the account and post the way back in
